A Bit About Me
Dr. Abraham Port is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology and a graduate of Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University. He completed his radiology residency at Montefiore Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Port served as a clinical fellow in body imaging at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Port's years of experience in breast cancer began with research at Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center. Prior to coming to Long Island, Dr. Port headed the Breast Imaging Division at Mount Sinai Medical Center in NYC. He is a pioneer and advocate in integrating ultrasound as a mainstream diagnostic tool for early detection of breast cancer and is active in numerous national, state, and local professional radiological societies. Dr. Port is most known for his extreme dedication to his patients.
